Singles Awareness
Today happens to be the magical day that comes but once a year where all those who aren't in some sort of relationship get that fact thrown in their face over and over all day long. And that day happens to have been today...singles awareness day. A day for those who are single to "celebrate" the fact that they have no reason to give or receive chocolate hearts, stuffed bears (or other animals), or other such oddities otherwise associated with the "holiday" that occurs on this 14th of February.

It's not your fault (or the fault of other singles) that what used to be elementary children making red construction paper hearts has evolved into a huge commercial holiday to serve one purpose - MONEY (dlm)
