Need...more...en..e..r..g..y...

The life of school, work, excercise, and such has finally caught up to me it seems. I'm starting to scrape the bottom of the barrell os to speak. But I'll keep on going. Nothing can stop me...well that's not true...though it'd be nice.

On the topic of energy, the workout program I'm doing seems to be working...maybe. I'm up to 9 miles a week and am averaging about 7.5 min/mi. I say averaging b/c the first mile is usually around 6.5 min and the last close to 8. As to the physical stuff, I'm noticing some muscle tone starting to emerge, but it's much too early to say for sure. ;-)
